Volunteer Opportunities

Assist the keepers, docents, school tour guides - we need you!

The Orange County Zoo volunteers assist the zoo in a wide variety of ways. Volunteers assist with tours, educational programs, keeper staff, gift shop, special events, construction, repairs, etc. We try to match volunteer skills with interest. We cannot guarantee placement in any specific area on interest, but we will try to match you with an acceptable volunteer opportunity. Upon receipt of your questionnaire, we will contact you to explain our programs and answer any questions you might have.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Orange County Zoo, please fill out the Volunteer Questionaire.  For more information call (714) 973-6847.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old!
