Island Bush Snapdragon
Galvezia speciosa
The Island Bush Snapdragon is native to Santa
Catalina, San Clemente and Guadalupe Islands. The scarlet, tubular flowers bloom
heaviest in spring, but bloom intermittently throughout the year. This member of
the Figwort family can grow 3-5 feet across. It can withstand drought once it
had been established.
