Canary Island Pine
Pinus canariensis

This pine is native to the Canary Islands. This tree can reach 80 feet tall. The needles are blue green when young and turns to a dark green when older. Pollen and seeds are in separate cones - males cones are small ad herbaceous, while female cones are large and woody. The Canary Island Pine is drought tolerant once established.
